Processing

1. Disperse carbomer in water. Add other ingredients of phase B.
2. Mix phase A well .
3. Add phase A to B.
4. Homogenize.
5. Add phase C and stir until uniform.
6. Add phase D and stir well.

Viscosity: 20 Pa.s, (Brookfield RVT, sp. 5,10 rpm)
pH: ~ 6.5
Antimicrobial effectiviness testing: challenge test passed.
