Processing

A: Heat the ingredients up to app. 65°C until the TEGIN G 1100 is melted. Cool down while stirring until app. 45°C.
B: Add the ingredients in the given order to phase A.
C: Dissolve the TEGO Carbomer 341 ER in the water. Add the PQ-10. Neutralize with NaOH. Add C to phases AB.
D: Add the ingredients in the given order.
Adjust the final viscosity with NaCl.

Remarks

Viscosity (Brookfield): 7500 mPas (important to stabilize Zn-Pyrithion).
