Processing

Processing temperature: 60°C.
A. Dissolve PQ-10 in water and let it swell. Add Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
B. Add B to A.
C. Blend TEGO Solve 61 and Avocado Oil. Then add A/B slowly to C.
D. Add D to the mixture.
E. Add perfume and preservatives. Adjust pH to 5.5.

Remarks

Viscosity (Brookfield, 25°C): 2500 mPas.
Below 5°C crystallisation might occur, which is reversible when heated back to r.t.
