Processing

1. Heat phase A and B up to 75°C.
2. Add phase A to phase B with stirring1).
3. Homogenize.
4. Cool with gentle stirring.
5. Add phase C below 60 °C.
6. Homogenize for a short time.
7. Cool with gentle stirring.
8. Add phase D below 30 °C.
9. Homogenize for a short time.
10. Adjust pH with phase E to 5.0 - 5.5.

1) Important: If phase A has to be charged into the vessel first, phase B must be added without stirring.

Remarks

Mix with Propellant (Butane/Propane/Isobutane)
Ratio: 90% Emulsion, 10% Propellant

Formulation viscosity: 14 Pas (Brookfield RV DV-I, sp. 4, 5 rpm)
