Processing

1. Homogenize phase A with UltraTurrax until homogeneous.
2. Add phase B to phase A, heat up to 80 °C and mix well.
3. Adjust pH of phase C to 5-5.5.
4. Add phase C (room temperature) to phase A/B (80 °C) while stirring (approx. 500 rpm MIG).
5. Homogenize for 3 min at 1300 rpm (MIG).
6. Cool down below 30 °C while stirring.

Emulsion viscosity: ~ 35 Pa∙s (Brookfield RVDV-I, sp. 93, 10 rpm)
Antimicrobial effectiveness testing: Challenge test passed Natural Content: 71.7% Natural Origin Content: 99.8%
