Processing

1. Heat phase A to approx. 80 °C.
2. Weigh in the ingredients of phase B in the given order and wait until each single ingredient is dissolved.
pH value of phase B must be between 7.0 - 7.5. Heat phase B to approx. 80 °C.
3. Prepare phase C and heat to approx. 80 °C.
4. Combine phase B/C and heat to approx. 80 °C.
5. Add phase B/C without stirring to phase A.
6. Homogenize.
7. Add ingredients of phase D in the given order at approx. 35 °C. Stir well.
8. Cool down with simple stirring.

Viscosity: 21 Pas (Brookfield RV DV-I, sp. 93, 10 rpm)
pH value: 6.3 - 6.5
SPF (calculated): 17, UVA-Balance: 36%
Antimicrobial effectiveness testing: challenge test passed.
