TEGO® Pep 4-Even is the first tetrapeptide which treats hyperpigmentation
Several in vivo studies on Caucasian skin have proven that age spots on the face and hands are diminished with the use of TEGO® Pep 4-Even. An in vivo study on Asian skin has shown that the building of melanin is slowed down, but not completely stopped, as it is important for healthy skin that the pigmentation process is not completely deactivated. A clinical study on ethnic skin (Fitzpatrick skin type IV-V) further supports the peptide’s anti-aging activity, by showing the diminished appearance of dark spots and discolorations.

HyaCare® Filler CL – the topical wrinkle smoother
HyaCare® Filler CL, one of our anti-aging specialties based on Hyaluronic Acid, contributes instantly to the reduction of facial wrinkles and fine lines, as well as increasing the elasticity of the skin.

TEGO® Care PSC 3 - the vegetable-based emulsifier
TEGO® Care PSC 3 (INCI: Polyglyceryl-3 Dicitrate/ Stearate) is a PEG-free, purely vegetable-based emulsifier that provides mildness, high performance and versatility, and makes it possible to achieve an excellent cost-performance ratio in oil-in-water creams and lotions. Forming stable emulsions over a wide pH range, TEGO® Care PSC 3 allows formulators to use organic acids as preservatives. It is based 100 percent on natural raw materials: glycerine, stearic acid, and citric acid. It eliminates the need to incorporate polyacrylate thickeners as stabilizers.

SIPERNAT® synthetically manufactured silica is a fine, loose, white powder. It has versatile properties that make production processes and final products more efficient and may be used in many types of personal care applications, such as toothpaste, antiperspirant, and lipstick, etc.

In addition to the presentation of the highlights of its new portfolio, Evonik will be present three lectures at the PCHi Technical Innovation Conference about our novel methods and ingredients for cosmetic formulators.
